About this site
This is the marketing site for ClinicBuilt, a studio that builds websites, brand and technology for Australian telehealth clinic operators. Everything on this site is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a contract, or professional advice, and it does not create any obligation on us or on you.
Pricing shown on this site is indicative only. The scope, price and terms of any actual engagement are set out in a separate, signed services agreement.
What we do, in plain English
The boundary below is the heart of how we work. It protects you as much as it protects us.
We provide website, brand and technology only
- We design and build your clinic's website, brand and patient-facing technology.
- We build to a conservative, compliance-first standard, but we do not and cannot warrant your clinic's compliance.
- We are not a medical, clinical, pharmacy or legal provider, and nothing we give you is medical or legal advice.
- We never prescribe or supply medicines, never become the merchant of record for a medicine, and never hold clinical data we do not need.
You and your partners own the care and the compliance
- Clinical care, prescribing and dispensing sit with you and your independent, AHPRA-registered prescribing and pharmacy partners.
- All payment for any medicine flows through your clinic and its partners, never through us.
- You are the advertiser, and you are responsible for your clinic's compliance with the TGA, AHPRA and other applicable rules.
- You are responsible for having the clinical, prescribing and pharmacy arrangements your clinic needs in place.
How an engagement works
A typical engagement is a one-off build fee followed by a monthly managed plan. The numbers on this site are indicative placeholders. The real scope, deliverables, fees and responsibilities are agreed in a signed services agreement before any work begins. That agreement, not this site, governs the relationship.
Any fee we may pay or receive in connection with a prescribing or pharmacy partner is a fixed advertising or introduction fee. It is never calculated per patient and never tied to whether a patient is treated.
Acceptable use of this site
You may browse this site and contact us about our services. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. The content, design and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No warranties for the site content
We aim to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

This site may link to clinics we have built and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, practices or compliance of any site we link to. Each clinic site is operated by its own clinic and has its own terms and privacy policy.
